We are seeking an experienced PL/SQL & Snowflake Developer with 6+ years of experience in database development, data warehousing, and cloud data platform technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development along with hands-on experience in Snowflake Data Cloud, data migration, ETL/ELT development, performance tuning, and cloud-based data solutions.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data solutions while ensuring data quality, security, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex PL/SQL programs, procedures, functions, packages, and triggers.
- Develop and support data warehousing solutions using Snowflake.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and transformation.
- Perform Oracle to Snowflake migration activities.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for large datasets.
- Implement data integration solutions from multiple source systems.
- Create and manage Snowflake databases, schemas, tables, views, and tasks.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across platforms.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide performance optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and data engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and best practice implementation.
