Job Description:
Campaign Review:
òConduct thorough reviews of marketing campaign requirements and specifications to understand the campaign objectives, target audience, segmentation rules, and personalization requirements.
Quality Assurance Testing:
òExecute testing of campaign setups across different channels Email, SMS, Push, Direct mail, social, paid campaign etc., data queries, to validate the accuracy and functionality of the campaign components.
Data Validation:
òVerify the integrity of data used in the campaigns, including audience lists, data extensions, and dynamic content personalization, to ensure that the right message is delivered to the right audience.
Journey Testing:
òValidate customer journeys and automation workflows to ensure that subscribers progress through the intended paths and receive the appropriate messages at each stage.
Compliance and Best Practices:
òEnsure email campaigns adhere to email marketing best practices, data privacy regulations, and anti-spam laws.
Campaign Optimization:
òProvide insights and recommendations to optimize campaign performance, increase engagement, and achieve better conversion rates.
A/B Testing:
òSupport A/B testing efforts by setting up and validating test campaigns, analyzing results.
Documentation:
òMaintain comprehensive documentation of campaign testing processes, results, and issue resolutions.
Collaboration:
òWork closely with marketing teams, project managers, data analysts, and developers to address campaign-related challenges and implement improvements.
òCollaborate with development team to ensure that creative build align with the campaign objectives and data build.
Continuous Improvement:
òStay updated with the latest Adobe Campaign Classic features, best practices, and industry trends to enhance campaign build quality and overall marketing effectiveness.
Work Orchestration and Data hygiene:
òFully understand ticketing/request management tool and accurately record updates, data points, timestamps etc. to provide seamless experience to both internal and external stakeholders.
òAdhere to all Desktop Procedures (DTPs) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) along with checklist and other important process document to carry out all required tasks.
òComplete all required reports so that accurate numbers are reported to both client and leadership.
Must Have Skills:
òAdobe Campaign Classic Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Adobe Campaign functionalities, landing pages and knowledge of SQL, JavaScript.
òCampaign Management: Experience in end-to-end campaign execution, including segmentation, audience targeting, content personalization, and journey automation.
òQuality Assurance: Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct rigorous testing and validation of campaign setups.
òTechnical Troubleshooting: Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues related to Adobe Campaign Classic configurations and data integration.
òMarketing Automation: Understanding of marketing automation principles and best practices for customer engagement and conversion.
òData Analysis: Basic data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations.
òCollaboration: Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders."
- Any graduates with minimum 4 + yrs of exp in Adobe campaign classic is required.
- Rotational shift.
