Role & responsibilities
We are looking for aggressive, speed-oriented IT Recruiters who understand the nuances of contract and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing for IT Services companies. You will be dealing with standard to complex tech stacks, managing strict SLAs, and driving quick Turnaround Times (TAT).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for niche and vanilla IT skills.
ò Handle rate/salary negotiations, margin calculations, and offer drops (post-offer engagement).
ò Act as SPOC for specific IT Services accounts, understanding their project needs and interview panels.
ò Mentor junior sourcer and guide them on complex Boolean searches.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS
- Proven experience in IT Contract Staffing.
ò Ability to work under tight SLAs (24-48-hour TAT).
