Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Team Lead with a proven track record of 6+ years in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will lead a team of recruiters, drive strategic hiring initiatives, and ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.
- Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Recruitment Strategy
- Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
Talent Acquisition
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
- Provide guidance on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Process Improvement
- Implement best practices in recruitment operations and technology.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.).
- Continuously improve processes for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MasterÆs preferred).
Minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
