Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and enterprise integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in developing Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, implementing ETL processes using SSIS, working with Dataverse, and integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Build and enhance Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Develop and optimize SSIS packages for ETL processes and data migration.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Dataverse for data modeling, management, and integration.
- Develop and consume REST APIs for integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications.
- Process and manage data using JSON and XML formats.
- Design, implement, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
Required Skills (Must Have)
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and customization.
- Hands-on experience with Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps.
- Expertise in SSIS and ETL development.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems.
- Good understanding of C#,.NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, and Power Platform components.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of Power Automate and Power Apps best practices.
- Experience with Azure Integration Services is an added advantage.
