We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Camera Technician to support sales and promotional activities for DSLR and mirrorless cameras.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and evaluate customer requirements and recommend suitable camera solutions. Demonstrate DSLR, mirrorless cameras, lenses, and accessories to customers. Conduct product training sessions for promoters, retail staff, and channel partners. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for camera-related issues. Organize and execute product demonstration activities at retail stores, exhibitions, and events. Assist in planning and conducting photography workshops, customer engagement programs, and learning sessions. Explain camera features, specifications, settings, and usage techniques to customers. Support marketing and sales teams during promotional campaigns and product launches. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of camera technology, photography trends, and new product releases. Gather customer feedback and share insights with internal teams to improve customer experience. Preferred candidate profile Strong knowledge of DSLR, mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and photography equipment. Understanding of camera settings such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, autofocus modes, and video recording features. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to cameras and accessories. Excellent presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills. Experience conducting product demonstrations and training programs. Knowledge of photography and videography techniques is preferred. Willingness to travel for demonstrations, events, and workshops. Preferred Experience 1 to 5 years of experience in camera sales, technical support, photography training, or related roles. Experience working with consumer electronics, camera brands, or photography communities. Hands-on experience with DSLR and mirrorless camera systems.
