Key Responsibilities:
- Mapping business activities and ensuring realization of funds from tie-ups, along with managing the distribution network and debtors.
- Planning, guiding, and coordinating with Distributor Salesmen to achieve month-on-month primary and secondary sales targets (brand-wise).
- Conducting daily route beats to monitor stock levels and track territory sales.
- Monitoring competitor brands, their secondary/territory performance, schemes, and activities to identify opportunities for increasing our sales.
- Developing and maintaining an information system for secondary sales and territory (outlet-wise, month-wise, product-wise) to support management decision-making.
- Planning and executing brand-building initiatives, and consumer promotions in coordination with retailers, distributor salesmen, the marketing team, and Area Sales Head.
- Achieving annual targets and driving overall company revenue; handling significant sales turnover.
- Ensuring optimal stock levels at each outlet and maintaining stock pressure.
- Coordinating with the marketing team for merchandising and promotional activities.
- Maintaining proper and effective product display across outlets.
- Resolving dealer issues and ensuring strong after-sales support.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Proven experience in handling distributors and dealer networks with a strong understanding of primary and secondary sales.
