Role & responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and hiring criteria.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate communication and follow-ups.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in employer branding initiatives, job postings, and recruitment drives.
