Role & responsibilities
- Integrate, configure and commission IoT devices, sensors, gateways and related equipment as per project requirements.
- Travel to new centers, as required, to install, configure, test and implement IoT devices and ensure successful deployment.
- Perform device onboarding, provisioning and connectivity validation with IoT platforms and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IoT device connectivity, configuration and communication issues.
- Handle basic IT support tickets, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network and peripheral issues.
- Coordinate with internal IT and technical teams to resolve escalated issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all IoT assets, including tablets, gateways, sensors and other field devices.
- Track device allocation, health status, firmware versions, maintenance history and replacements.
- Ensure proper documentation of installations, configurations, asset records and support activities.
- Follow organizational IT and security policies during deployment and support activities.
