Job Description: Intern HR Ops Position: HR Intern Department: Human Resources Location: Gurugram Experience: Fresher / 6 month experience Preference - Male Candidate Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations, employee onboarding, coordination activities, and employee support. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Onboarding & Employee Coordination Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires.
Coordinate with hiring managers, IT, Admin, and other departments to ensure smooth employee onboarding. Prepare and maintain onboarding documentation and employee records. Conduct induction sessions and assist new employees during their joining process. HR Operations Maintain accurate employee databases and HR records. Generate HR reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel. Track employee documentation, attendance, and HR-related data. Assist in employee engagement and HR initiatives. Ticket Resolution & Employee Support Handle HR-related tickets, queries, and requests within defined timelines. Resolve employee concerns related to onboarding, documentation, policies, and HR processes. Escalate complex issues to relevant stakeholders when required. Ensure a high level of employee satisfaction through timely support. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of HR activities.
