Role & responsibilities C: oordinate with internal departments, project teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely availability of information required for billing activities.
Maintain accurate records of project-related documents, drawings, work orders, and billing information in an organized manner. Monitor project progress and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of pending actions impacting billing. Track and maintain the status of billing-related activities and provide regular updates to management. Support the Billing team by ensuring all necessary documentation is available for invoice processing and billing certification. Coordinate with vendors for submission of required documents and resolve routine billing-related queries. Ensure timely communication between cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project handovers and billing processes. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, trackers, and project status reports to support operational decision-making. Identify delays, discrepancies, or missing information and proactively coordinate with concerned teams for timely resolution. Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are updated, accurate, and easily retrievable for future reference. Assist in improving coordination processes and maintaining standardized documentation across projects. Preferred candidate profile Bachelor''''s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 25 years of experience in Billing Coordination, Project Coordination, Operations, MIS, or Documentation Management.
Experience: in the Construction, Interior Fit-out, Real Estate, or Facility Management industry will be an added advantage.
