1. Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced, technically strong, and innovation-driven: Product Manger Battery Hardware & Pack Design to lead the design, development, validation, and industrialization of advanced Lithium-Ion Battery Packs and Battery Management System (BMS) hardware for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and renewable energy applications.
The role demands deep expertise in battery pack architecture, power electronics, thermal management, embedded battery hardware, system safety, and utility-scale energy storage integration. The selected candidate will play a strategic role in building the organizations core battery technology platform and supporting the establishment of battery product development and manufacturing capabilities.

2.1 Experience
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of relevant industry experience in:
- Lithium-Ion Battery Pack Design
- Battery Management System (BMS) Hardware Development
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Renewable Energy Storage Solutions

- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) / Master of Technology (M.Tech) in:
- Electrical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering

- Or equivalent discipline
3. Key Roles & Responsibilities
3.1 Battery Pack Architecture & System Design
- Design and development of Lithium-Ion battery packs for stationery and utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Develop battery pack architecture including:
- Cell configuration and interconnection
- Busbar systems
- Enclosure and structural concepts
- Thermal management systems
- Electrical protection mechanisms
- Design scalable battery platforms for commercial and industrial applications.
3.2 Battery Management System (BMS) Hardware Development
- Design advanced Battery Management System (BMS) hardware architecture including:
- Voltage sensing circuits
- Current sensing systems
- Isolation circuits
- Power management systems
- Protection circuits
- Select and validate:
- Analog Front-End Integrated Circuits (AFE ICs)
- Microcontroller Units (MCUs)
- Relays and Contactors
- Fuses and Current Sensors
- Communication Interface Components
3.3 PCB Design & Electrical Engineering
- Design multilayer Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) with:
- Electromagnetic Interference / Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMI/EMC) considerations
- Thermal reliability
- Electrical safety
- High-voltage isolation requirements
- Support schematic development, routing optimization, and hardware reliability analysis.

- Develop and implement protection mechanisms for:
