Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and energetic female Business Development Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, build customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves engaging with contractors, builders, developers, distributors, and procurement teams to understand requirements and convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
  • Engage with contractors, builders, developers, and procurement teams to understand material requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and manage the sales pipeline in CRM.
  • Coordinate with sourcing and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Track market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in construction materials, building products, industrial products, procurement, or B2B marketplaces is preferred.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, and customer follow-ups.
  • CRM and Excel proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and execution-focused.
