We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of DCS Design & Engineering, responsible for handling end-to-end engineering and design activities of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Turbine DEH / EHC control systems for large capacity Thermal & Hydro power plants.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic and detailed engineering of:
- Distributed Control Systems (DCS)
- Turbine DEH / EHC control & protection system
- Develop:
- Control philosophies
- Overall DCS Configuration
- Functional design specifications
- Tag database
- Logic diagrams and system configurations
- Mimics
- Design of DCS Panel including hardware selection & its arrangements
- Design of industrial standard communication protocols such as OPC, Modbus etc.
- Design of cyber security philosophy, policies & implementation of OT system
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including project, commissioning, and client stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, project specifications, and quality requirements
- Participate in system testing, site commissioning, and troubleshooting
- Support documentation, reviews, and client approvals

- Hands-on experience in DCS platforms
- Experience in large capacity power plant control systems engineering

- Prior experience in overall project management of DCS PJ will be advantage
