About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Advisor to guide prospective students through the admissions journey, provide career counseling, and drive enrollments for our educational programs. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and a passion for helping students make informed career decisions.


Key Responsibilities


  • Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, career opportunities, and admission requirements.
  • Conduct telephonic and virtual counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Drive student enrollments through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.
  • Manage the complete admissions lifecycle from lead generation to enrollment closure.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
  • Explain program features, benefits, fee structures, and career outcomes to prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and admissions teams to improve conversion rates.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive student experience throughout the admission process.

Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree; MBA (Marketing) preferred.
  • Experience in Inside Sales, B2C Sales, Educational Sales, or EdTech Sales.
  • Strong understanding of Business Development and sales processes.
  • Experience in Career Counseling, Admission Counseling, or Student Counseling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build rapport, influence decision-making, and close sales effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Experience

  • Education Industry / EdTech experience.
  • Admissions and enrollment management experience.
  • Exposure to counseling students for higher education, certification, or professional programs.
