As a Customer Support Executive, you will:
Handle inbound & outbound calls with US/UK customers
Resolve customer queries with professionalism and empathy
Deliver exceptional customer service experiences
Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
Meet quality and customer satisfaction targets
Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when needed
Build strong customer relationships through excellent
communication
