Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales Manager to drive patient referrals, doctor engagement, and business growth through strong relationships with Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Physicians, Neurologists, Hospitals, Rehabilitation Centers, and Healthcare Professionals.
The role involves field sales, doctor outreach, network development, referral generation, and team management. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Healthcare Sales, Hospital Marketing, Pharma Sales, Medical Sales, or Doctor Relationship Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Physicians, and other Healthcare Professionals
- Promote Mental Health, De-Addiction, and Clinical Rehabilitation Services
- Generate quality Patient Referrals through doctor networks
- Expand and strengthen the organization's Doctor Referral Network
- Organize Doctor Engagement Programs, CMEs, and Networking Activities
- Identify and onboard new Referring Doctors, Hospitals, and Healthcare Partners
- Lead and mentor the Doctor Outreach Team
- Drive Lead Generation, Patient Acquisition, and Conversion Targets
- Maintain regular field visits and relationship-building activities
- Collaborate with internal clinical and admissions teams for seamless patient onboarding
Requirements
- Minimum 8 Years of Experience in Pharma Sales, Healthcare Sales, Hospital Marketing, or Medical Sales
- Proven experience in managing Doctor Relationships and Referral Networks
- Prior Team Handling Experience
- Willingness to travel extensively for field meetings
- Must own or be able to drive a Two-Wheeler/ Car
- Well-groomed and professional personality
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused approach
