Role Overview As a Program Advisor, you will engage with working professionals (mid to senior level), understand their career aspirations, and guide them toward the right executive education programs while driving enrollments.
Key Responsibilities: Connect with professionals to understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs. Drive enrollments and achieve targets through consultative guidance. Conduct 100 to 120 calls daily and maintain regular follow-ups. Schedule calls/meetings and update all interactions in the CRM Provide accurate program information and support candidates in decision-making. Adhere to company processes, attend trainings, and collaborate with the team
