About the Role
Hiring a senior Housekeeping professional for a 400-bedded NABH/JCI-accredited multispecialty hospital in Delhi NCR. The role involves managing end-to-end housekeeping operations, infection control standards, linen management, vendor coordination, and leading large housekeeping teams while maintaining luxury hospitality standards across the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage housekeeping operations across wards, ICUs, OTs, OPDs, public areas, and admin blocks
- Ensure hygiene, infection control, and NABH/JCI compliance standards
- Supervise and lead housekeeping staff (on-roll + contractual)
- Handle deep cleaning schedules, audits, SOP implementation, and inspections
- Manage linen/laundry operations and housekeeping consumables
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and hospital administration
- Resolve patient/visitor complaints related to housekeeping services
- Maintain housekeeping MIS reports, budgets, and inventory controls
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors/Diploma in Hotel Management
- 10-15 years of housekeeping experience
- Minimum 5 years in managerial/supervisory role in luxury 5-star hotel chains
- Strong exposure to luxury hospitality standards, team handling, audits, and vendor management
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
