We are hiring "Head Facilities Engineering / Chief Engineer" for leanding Super Specility Hospital in Delhi.
Proposed CTC: 15 to 22 LPA
Experience: 10 to 18 Years (5+ Years in Leadership Role)
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical) or B.Sc Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end hospital engineering and facilities operations including HVAC, Electrical (HT/LT), DG Sets, UPS, Plumbing, Civil, Fire & Life Safety systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted operations of critical areas such as OTs, ICUs, and patient care zones.
- Manage Building Management System (BMS) and digital maintenance/ticketing platforms.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime.
- Ensure compliance with NABH, JCI, Fire, Electrical, and statutory requirements.
- Lead and develop a team of engineers, technicians, supervisors, vendors, and contractors.
- Drive energy efficiency, utility optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, equipment installations, and expansion projects.
Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Civil, and Plumbing systems.
- Hands-on experience with BMS and CMMS/Ticketing systems (ManageEngine or equivalent).
- Proven experience managing engineering teams in hospitals, premium hotels, or large commercial facilities.
- Tech-savvy, process-driven, and capable of handling a 24x7 critical environment.
- Exposure to NABH/JCI standards and capital projects will be preferred.
