Hiring Coordination Executive for clinical rehab center in South Delhi

Location: South Delhi

CTC Offered: 22k - 25k Per Month

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a confident, empathetic, and articulate caller fluent in Hindi and English to join our team at a prominent Mental Healthcare & Rehabilitation Organization. This role involves speaking with individuals and families seeking support, so strong communication skills, sensitivity, and professionalism are essential.Alongside handling enquiries, the candidate will also support basic operational and coordination tasks related to Lead Management and Data Handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Incoming & Outgoing Enquiry Calls professionally
  • Speak with Patients and Families to understand their requirements
  • Share accurate information about Services and Next Steps
  • Maintain proper Call Notes and ensure accurate Data Entry
  • Update and manage internal systems and Lead Records
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth Lead Handling
  • Follow up with enquiries in a timely and structured manner
  • Assist with Operational Support tasks as required

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (Spoken & Written) is mandatory
  • Strong spoken Hindi and Interpersonal Communication Skills are essential
  • Additional languages are an advantage
  • Ability to handle Sensitive Conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Good Organisational and Coordination Skills
  • Basic computer skills (CRM, WhatsApp, Spreadsheets, MS Office)
  • Prior Telecalling / Customer Support / Client Coordination experience preferred but not required
  • Freshers from Communications, Literature, Psychology, Media, Social Work, Healthcare or similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply

Work Schedule

  • 6 Working Days Per Week
  • Sunday is a Working Day
  • One Weekday Off provided in lieu of Sunday
  • On-site Role South Delhi
