Job Summary: We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 3-12 years of post-qualification experience to manage Finance & Accounts operations for a leading Textile Manufacturing company based in Gurugram. The candidate should have strong exposure to Manufacturing Finance, Costing, Taxation, Audits, MIS, Budgeting, Banking, and Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Managing Accounts, Finance, Taxation, and Compliance functions.
- Handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances.
- Coordination and closure of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, and Cost Audit.
- Preparation of MIS reports, financial analysis, and management presentations.
- Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Monitoring working capital, cash flow, and fund management.
- Cost analysis and profitability monitoring of manufacturing operations.
- Inventory valuation and manufacturing costing.
- Liaising with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and consultants.
- Ensuring adherence to accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Driving process improvements and strengthening internal controls.
Mandatory Requirements
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- 3-12 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing Industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, Audit, and Compliance.
- Experience in Costing and Manufacturing Finance.
- Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Financial Reporting.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in Textile, Yarn, Fabric, Garment, FMCG, Chemical, Engineering, or Process Manufacturing Industry.
- Exposure to export-oriented businesses.
- Experience in handling multiple manufacturing units/plants.
- Stable career progression.
- Strong experience in Manufacturing Finance.
- Excellent understanding of accounting and taxation regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
