Brand Retail Manager (BRM) Haicheng Mobile India Pvt Ltd.

Job Purpose
The Brand Retail Manager (BRM) is responsible for managing end-to-end operations of Exclusive Stores for the vivo brand. The role focuses on driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, expanding retail presence through new store development, and executing brand visibility standards across assigned markets.


Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations Management

  • Drive primary and secondary sales achievement for Exclusive Stores.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets.
  • Develop market-wise sales plans to improve store productivity.
  • Ensure effective inventory management and healthy stock rotation.
  • Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
  • Improve conversion rate, ASP, accessories attachment, and customer experience.

2. Exclusive Store Operations

  • Manage end-to-end store operations across assigned Exclusive Stores.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit standards, and operational guidelines.
  • Monitor store hygiene, manpower productivity, attendance, and discipline.
  • Conduct regular store visits and performance reviews.

3. New Store Expansion

  • Identify potential locations for Exclusive Store expansion.
  • Conduct market surveys and feasibility analysis.
  • Coordinate store onboarding, approvals, branding, and staffing.
  • Monitor ROI and productivity of newly launched stores.

4. Visual Merchandising (VM) & Brand Visibility

  • Implement vivo Visual Merchandising standards across stores.
  • Maintain premium brand visibility and display standards.
  • Execute launch activities, promotions, and in-store marketing campaigns.

5. Marketing & Consumer Engagement

  • Plan and execute local marketing activities to drive footfall and sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotions and events.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners and local stakeholders.

  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities
  • Knowledge of smartphone retail business and consumer electronics market
  • Expertise in store operations, expansion planning, and VM execution

Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA preferred
  • Experience in telecom, retail, or consumer electronics industry preferred
