Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and launch new products from concept to production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for manufacturing processes, including NPI (New Product Introduction) procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues related to product quality, reliability, or performance.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or a related field.
- Strong understanding of process engineering principles and methodologies.
- Experience with NPI processes and ability to troubleshoot problems effectively.
