Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop new products from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
- Conduct feasibility studies, create prototypes, and test new designs using CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting thorough testing and inspection of finished goods.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in NPD engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including machining, casting, molding, etc.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD for designing complex parts and assemblies.
- Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
