Job Overview : Responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing relationships with International Technology Partners.
Job Role :
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and handling key accounts in the automotive sector.
- Generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve sales/business targets.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
- Build strong relationships with automotive manufacturers (Technology partners)and key decision-makers. Coordinate with internal teams for product development, costing, and execution.
- Understanding of techno commercial.
- Manage customer RFQs, enquiries, negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Attending Exhibition and conferences for business networking and marketing information.
Skill and Qualification :
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Experience in Auto Ancillary / Automotive Components industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage key accounts and long-term customer relationships.
- Preferred experience in product like in BLDC Motors, Automotive Switching Systems, or Automotive Lighting Systems.
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Business / Management preferred.
- MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
- 818 years of experience in Business Development / Sales in Auto Ancillary industry.
