Role & responsibilities
ò Achieve Motor Insurance sales targets through new business and renewals. ò Generate leads through dealerships, referrals, cold calling, and open market activities. ò Follow up on leads, quotations, and renewals to drive conversions. ò Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to policy issuance. ò Cross-sell insurance products and generate customer referrals. ò Coordinate with dealerships, workshops, surveyors, and insurers for business and claim support. ò Support customers with policy servicing, renewals, and claims. ò Ensure timely documentation, premium collection, and process compliance.
Preferred candidate profile
Should be a graduate with 2 - 3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in insurance selling. ò Should have Insurance qualifications mainly IRDA broking license or should be able to get through while working here ò Should have good idea of dealership business and how the insurance to be offered to the customers
