Deputy General Manager - Regional Sales Manager Passenger Vehicles


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales volumes, revenue, and market share across Passenger Vehicle portfolio.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts based on market trends, dealer pipelines, seasonality, and corporate opportunities.
  • Execute sales promotion initiatives and optimize sales budgets to maximize enquiries and retail conversions.
  • Monitor dealer performance, retail movement, inventory, and target achievement through regular business reviews.
  • Strengthen dealer network by identifying expansion opportunities, onboarding new dealerships, and improving dealer profitability.
  • Build strong dealer relationships by providing business support, resolving operational challenges, and ensuring process excellence.
  • Collaborate with finance partners to improve retail finance penetration and enhance customer purchase experience.
  • Drive growth of allied business including Accessories, Extended Warranty, AMC, and other value-added services.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by driving SSI initiatives, retail excellence programs, and timely resolution of customer complaints.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, customer feedback, and emerging opportunities to support business strategy.

Qualification:

  • B.E./B.Tech or Any Graduation + MBA (Full-time)

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 12 to 20 years of experience in Automobile Sales, Dealer Development, or Regional Sales Management.
  • Strong experience in Passenger Vehicle sales and dealer network management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, business planning, dealer profitability, and retail operations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
