Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Area Service Manager to lead after-sales service operations, improve customer satisfaction, manage service teams, and ensure timely service delivery across the assigned region. The candidate should have strong experience in field service operations, dealer management, team handling, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns and improving service experience.
  • Ensure timely and quality service delivery as per company standards.
  • Lead and manage Product Support Engineers, Service Advisors, and Technicians.
  • Monitor team performance and achieve service KPIs.
  • Optimize manpower, tools, and service resources.
  • Manage spare parts inventory (COCO & DODO) to ensure service availability.
  • Track service performance, analyze reports, and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, service processes, and audit requirements.
  • Manage service budgets and optimize operational costs.
  • Identify training needs and conduct technical and service skill development programs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, CRM, and Operations to improve customer experience.
  • Conduct product awareness and service camps for customers.
  • Prepare regular MIS reports on service performance, customer feedback, and KPIs.
  • Handle critical customer escalations and implement emergency response plans.
