Role & responsibilities
- Conduct eye examinations and vision assessments.
- Prescribe spectacles and contact lenses.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable frames and lenses.
- Fit and educate customers on contact lens usage.
- Identify eye health issues and refer customers to specialists when required.
- Ensure compliance with clinical and store standards.
- Support customer satisfaction and store sales targets.
