Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Demonstrate product features, designs, and craftsmanship.
  • Assist customers with billing, order booking, and after-sales services.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and store hygiene.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
  • Support inventory management and stock handling activities.

Eligibility

  • Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Graduate preferred)
  • Experience: 24 years in retail sales (Jewellery, Luxury, Fashion, Apparel, Watches, Cosmetics, or Premium Retail preferred)
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
