Designer for product design, market & consumer research, translation into design stories & jewellery design for Mia by Tanishq & International Business Division of Tanishq
Job Profile
- Managing design projects
- Enhancing image and create aspiration for the brand by creating design language that aligns with the vision ? Developing a comprehensive understanding of product trends and customer requirements based on market research
- ?Proposing effective and relevant new product requirement based on market & consumer research for the brand ? Understanding the jewellery design-aesthetic help build a differentiated product portfolio based on the consumer segment, occasion, price band category
- Interacting with Marketing, Merchandising, Retail & ISCM team to build relevant products.
- Bring innovation to the product portfolio by providing solutions for existing problems or create opportunities for the future.
KeynDeliverables
- ? Market and consumer research
- ? Creation of products based on the design stories, market requirement based on merchandise input
- ? Adherence to design calendar - number of designs / number of collections3
- ? Partnering with NPI team for prototyping
- ? Content creation for marketing, VM and L&D teams on new product launches based on the design inspiration ? Supporting marketing in case required
Work Experience
- Graduate / Post Graduate from NIFT/NID or relevant Institutes.
- 7 Year experience in the areas of jewellery Design, Manufacturing & New product development
- Should know the required designing skills/softwares to translate concepts to final designs.
- Prior experience in customized designing is preferable
- Should be willing for outstation travel for work.
Should be inquisitive and be willing to learn - Should take ownership of tasks/projects assigned
