Role & responsibilities
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping personnel to maintain optimal staffing levels.

- Inventory & Budgeting: Manage purchasing, control costs, and track inventory for cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment.
- Guest/Client Relations: Respond to special requests and resolve complaints to ensure optimal satisfaction.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including infection control protocols where applicable.
