About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV, excellent communication and client management skills, and proven experience in leading end-to-end ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct GAP/FIT analysis.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Solution Design Documents, and process flow documents.
- Configure and implement Business Central modules based on client requirements.
- Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Coordinate with technical consultants and development teams for customizations and integrations.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide go-live support.
- Deliver end-user training and prepare user manuals and process documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and process improvement recommendations.
- Mentor junior consultants and lead project teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central Functional Consulting.
- Must have successfully completed at least 3 end-to-end Business Central implementations.
- Strong understanding of business processes including:
- Finance
- Sales & Receivables
- Purchase & Payables
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Manufacturing (preferred)
- Service Management (preferred)
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and solution design.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with clients and senior management.
- Experience in preparing project documentation and conducting user training sessions.
- Team handling and leadership experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multiple industry domains such as Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution, Trading, or Services.
- Exposure to integration projects and third-party applications.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central will be an added advantage.
Essential Requirements
8+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics NAV/Business Central
Minimum 3 successful end-to-end implementations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Client-facing consulting experience
Willingness to travel, if required
