Role & responsibilities :
We are looking for a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to support the delivery of marketing and digital initiatives across our hotel group. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Content & Digital Marketing Executive, you will help create engaging marketing materials, support digital campaigns, and ensure brand consistency across all hotels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns and projects.
- Liaise with hotel managers and internal departments to understand marketing requirements.
- Design digital and printed marketing materials including social media graphics, flyers, posters, menus, brochures, signage and promotional materials.
- Support website updates, email marketing and social media activity.
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with company brand guidelines.
- Assist with seasonal promotions, hotel events and marketing campaigns.
- Maintain marketing assets, photographs, videos and artwork in an organised manner.
- Coordinate with external suppliers for printed marketing materials when required.
- Stay up to date with marketing trends, design tools and best practices.
- Support the wider marketing team with additional duties as required.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in a marketing or design support role.
- Strong knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign).
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- A creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
