We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive / Senior Executive to join our team in Low-Cost Carrier (LCC) Operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in LCC operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the LCC, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.


• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operations.


• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.


• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.


• Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in LCC operations or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of LCC operations, including flight planning, ticketing, and customer service.


• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions.


• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
