1. Primarily responsible for providing support to the SPDJI Salesforce users ensuring their reporting needs are met promptly and effectively.
2. Maintain regular and clear communication with stakeholders to keep them informed about their request status and any necessary actions they need to take.
3. Ability to manage multiple report requests simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Maintain reporting request queue with the ability to report on trends, data gaps, bugs, etc.
5. Maintain quality of work by following well defined procedures of the SPDJI Salesforce team.
6. Maintain the KPI for the team.
7. Ensure all reporting requests and permissions comply with compliance.
8. Working with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
9. Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
10. Coordinate with different functional teams to implement report models and monitor outcomes.
