What will you do- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and provide high-level oversight for a portfolio of PMC projects, ensuring they are delivered consistently on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project and program plans, including detailed scope definition, resource allocation, and robust risk management strategies.
- Leadership Innovation :
- Serve as a middle-level leader, guiding project teams and contributing to the overall success of the program management office.
- Identify and implement innovative approaches and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and significantly increase Client Satisfaction.
- Financial Performance Reporting:
- Monitor and control project budgets and financial performance across the portfolio.
- Prepare and present accurate, regular reports to senior leadership, highlighting key project metrics, financial forecasts, and potential risks with proposed mitigation strategies.
- Process Excellence: Identify, develop, and implement improvements to project management and contract administration processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering is mandatory. A master's degree in civil engineering or MBA or a PMP/PgMP certification is highly desirable.
- Experience: A minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 10 years in a client interface role.
- Specific Expertise: Proven, hands-on experience in Project Management Consultancy (PMC), Contract Management, and/or Program Management projects is essential.
- Experience with Contractors/ EPC will be advantage
