Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Sales Manager with experience in apartment sales to join our Site Office at Athipet or Ayappakkam & Vanagaram. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in high-rise residential sales, strong customer handling skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle walk-in customers and respond to phone and online inquiries.
  • Explain project features, floor plans, pricing, and payment options.
  • Schedule and conduct site visits for prospective customers.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into bookings.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with CRM, documentation, and other internal teams for seamless customer handover.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions and promotional events.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in high-rise residential apartment sales.
  • Proven experience in achieving sales targets and closing deals.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of residential real estate sales processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, email, and other basic computer applications.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
