Job Summary:
The Pre-Owned Two-Wheeler Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling used motorcycles, assisting customers throughout the purchase process, and achieving sales targets. The role involves customer interaction, lead generation, vehicle demonstrations, test rides, negotiations, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure a smooth and satisfactory buying experience. The executive also supports vehicle exchange evaluations and coordinates with finance and insurance teams to complete sales transactions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell pre-owned two-wheelers and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and showroom walk-ins.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
- Generate and follow up on sales leads.
- Assist customers with financing and documentation.
- Support vehicle exchange and valuation processes.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
- Update CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and post-sale follow-up.
- Contribute to dealership growth and business development.
Requirements:
- Intermediate / Any Graduate
- 13 Years of Sales Experience (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Basic Computer Knowledge
- Customer-Focused Attitude
- Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License
- Ability to Achieve Sales Targets
