Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients by understanding their business needs and offering customized general insurance solutions.
- Drive new business acquisition through strategic prospecting, lead generation, and conversion of corporate accounts.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in corporate general insurance products, including Property, Liability, Marine, Health, Engineering, and other specialized insurance solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and achieve business growth objectives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and underwriting partners to ensure high levels of client engagement and retention.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and provide clients with expert advice on risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as underwriting, claims, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client queries.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging insurance products to offer relevant and innovative solutions to clients.
