Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Conduct induction, process, product, and behavioral training sessions. Identify training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder feedback. Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. Coach and mentor employees to enhance productivity and sales performance. Collaborate with business leaders to achieve learning and business objectives.
Preferred Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
Experience: in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Process Training.
Knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles. Excellent stakeholder management and coaching abilities. BFSI/Insurance experience is preferred.
