Position Overview
Policybazaar is seeking confident, dynamic, and high-energy professionals to join our growing team in Gurgaon. This role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for promoting financial products, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Metrics

  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Compensation: INR 2.67 Lakhs to 4.20 Lakhs Per Annum + Unlimited Performance Incentives
  • Eligibility: Any Graduate
  • Work Location: Gurgaon (Sector 44),Haryana

Walk-In Interview Details

Customer Service Associate

  • Inquiry Handling: Respond professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone channels.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide end-to-end support to resolve customer grievances and queries efficiently.
  • Experience Management: Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and positive brand perception.

Candidate Profile & Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Any Graduate
  • Experience Level: 0 to 4 years of experience. Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and active listening capabilities.
  • Functional Competencies: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with standard office applications.
  • Core Attributes: Quick learner, result-oriented, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
