Role & responsibilities
Position: Tele Sales Executive
Location: Perungudi, Chennai
- Make calls to prospective customers and explain company products/services.
- Build and Maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any graduate/Undergraduate with relevant experience.
- 0-3 years of experience in Telesales, inside sales, customer support, or Voice process.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Addidtional language are an advantage)
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
