Role & responsibilities
- Onboard, manage, and coordinate vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
- Prepare cost estimates and coordinate with internal stakeholders including Supply, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
- Scrutinize CAPEX costs and identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely project execution with optimum quality and finishing standards.
- Support and guide Project Managers in execution and issue resolution.
- Periodically report project progress, risks, and key milestones to senior management.
- Conduct technical surveys and feasibility assessments of potential new centers.
- Monitor quality, compliance, and adherence to Innov8 project standards.
