About this opportunity:
We are seeking a driven Cloud Native Function (CNF) Integration Engineer to join Ericsson. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to contribute to cloud-native network function deployment and integration services. You will design, deploy, and manage CNF solutions within Cloud NFVi environments, ensuring seamless integration of Ericssons licensing solutions (C-NeLS) and network systems while adhering to group directives, legal requirements, and E+OHS standards.
What you will do:
- Design, deploy, integrate, and upgrade CNFs end-to-end in Cloud NFVI environments, focusing on C-NeLS licensing solutions
- Scope and define solution offerings for Kubernetes-based platforms (ECCD, CEE, AWS, K3S)
- Analyze customer business requirements for CNF-based solutions
- Work with Azure/AWS hybrid infrastructure compute, storage, networking, containers, and security management
- Develop and execute test cases for CNF onboarding, deployment, and upgrades
- Troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis
- Handle and resolve C-NeLS licensing tickets and Customer Service Requests (CSRs) with meticulous attention to detail and timely resolution
- Diagnose and resolve C-NeLS licensing challenges, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction
- Validate deployment scripts and configurations for accuracy
- Manage OS, Hardware, Software, licenses, and configuration data
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Execute integration and migration tasks per process frameworks
The skills you bring:
- 6-8 years of Telecom domain experience
- BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Solid understanding of Cloud Native technologies Docker, Kubernetes
- Hands-on exposure to Ericsson NFVI products (SDI, SDN, CEE, ECCD)
- Proven CNF onboarding, deployment, integration, and upgrade experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in C-NeLS troubleshooting and CSR ticket management
- Expertise with hybrid cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
- Automation and scripting proficiency
- Consultative and stakeholder management skills
- Change management and service improvement focus
- Data analytics awareness and customer insights orientation
