We are seeking individual with a strong technical background in the IT services industry to help transform existing project case studies into well-defined, market-ready service offerings. This role will focus on packaging delivery experience into compelling offerings that can be used to upsell existing customers and cross-sell to new prospects in the North America and European region.
Role & responsibilities
- Analyze existing project case studies, delivery artifacts, and technical solutions across IT services engagements
- Convert project experiences into structured, repeatable service offerings with clear value propositions
- Define offering scope, target customers, use cases, outcomes, and differentiators
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility of offerings
- Work with sales and marketing teams to align offerings with go-to-market strategies
- Develop supporting materials such as solution overviews, pitch decks, capability statements, and case-based narratives
- Identify opportunities to standardize services for upsell and cross-sell scenarios.
- Support sales teams with technical and solution positioning during customer discussions, as needed.
Preferred candidate profile
ò Strong technical background within the IT services / consulting industry.
ò Experience in solution design, pre-sales, consulting, or service offering development
ò Ability to understand complex technical projects and articulate them in business-friendly language
ò Experience working with enterprise customers across one or more domains (e.g., cloud, data, application development, digital transformation, infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc.)
ò Excellent written and verbal communication skills
ò Ability to collaborate across technical, sales, and marketing stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
ò Prior experience in productizing services or building solution catalogs
ò Exposure to go-to-market, pre-sales, or solution consulting roles
ò Experience creating sales enablement or marketing collateral
ò Consulting or professional services background.
