Role: Senior Sales Manager / AVP û Corporate Solutions

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Drive new business acquisition through B2B, Corporate, and Enterprise Sales.
  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through hunting, cold calling, cold emailing, and networking.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, closure, and account handover.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B, Corporate, or Enterprise Sales.
  • Experience in HR Sales, SaaS Sales, EdTech Sales, or similar enterprise solution sales.
  • Proven track record in new business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
  • Hands-on experience in hunting sales, cold calling, cold emailing, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Experience working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
  • Candidates must be currently based in Noida with strong local market exposure.
  • Stable career history with no frequent job changes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
