Roles and Responsibilities :
- Drive new business acquisition through B2B, Corporate, and Enterprise Sales.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients through hunting, cold calling, cold emailing, and networking.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to proposal, negotiation, closure, and account handover.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Job Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in B2B, Corporate, or Enterprise Sales.
- Experience in HR Sales, SaaS Sales, EdTech Sales, or similar enterprise solution sales.
- Proven track record in new business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Hands-on experience in hunting sales, cold calling, cold emailing, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Experience working as an Individual Contributor (IC).
- Candidates must be currently based in Noida with strong local market exposure.
- Stable career history with no frequent job changes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
