Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from mobilization to handover. Manage project schedules, budgets, BOQs, billing, and cash flow. Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications. Lead contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams. Coordinate RCC, structural, finishing, and MEP works. Prepare MIS reports and manage project risks. Handle client coordination and stakeholder management. Candidate Profile Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Construction Management certification preferred). Experience: 12û20 years in Thermal Power Plant/Industrial EPC project execution and management. Must have successfully completed 4û5 Government Thermal Power Plant projects for clients such as NTPC, BHEL, Adani, GE Power, or similar organizations.
