Must have basic skills in usage of MS word and MS excel. Good keyboard skills need to be able to toggle between many screens with speed and must be able to type with 30WPM and 90% accuracy. Must be willing to work in flexible shifts, multitask and be adaptable to change. Self-starter with an ability to work in a team environment. Must be able to handle the stress and pressure of SLAs.
